How We Work

Specification
We assess the load requirements, ground conditions and intended use to specify the correct concrete depth, mix design and reinforcement.

Ground Preparation
We excavate to the required depth, install a compacted sub-base, and lay a damp-proof membrane. Formwork is set to exact levels.

Pouring & Levelling
Ready-mix concrete is poured, spread and levelled to the correct fall. We use vibrating screeds to eliminate voids and ensure a dense, uniform slab.

Finishing & Curing
The surface is finished to your specification — power-floated, brushed or imprinted — and protected during curing to prevent surface cracking.
